I have experience in the banking industry, tax administration, customs administration, national identification systems, utility industries, and government institutions. Experience in developing Request for Proposals (RFP) for USAID, World Bank, Asian Development Bank Millennium Challenge Corporation for Tax Administrations, Customs, and integration of Finance Ministries. Integration of Tax and Customs Offices with Central Banks for payments and reconciliations. Successful tax administration project conversions from proprietary IT software systems to Open Software Linux.
